Nomeda Balcetis, M.D. is an attending physician at Burke Rehabilitation Hospital’s cardiopulmonary program. Dr. Balcetis is board certified in Internal Medicine and an expert in cardiac rehabilitation. She treats patients with heart disease, heart failure, respiratory conditions, diabetes and high blood pressure. Dr. Balcetis received her doctorate from Kaunas Medical Academy in Lithuania. She completed her fellowship in cardiology at the Kaunas Medical Academy before completing her residency at St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital in New York City.
