Jewish Home’s Director of Green House® Project Education, Tammy Marshall, will discuss The GREEN HOUSE® Project’s philosophy of person-directed care. Attendees will learn about this radically new approach to long term care and the project’s core values and practices, how it benefits elders and empowers the workforce.  There will also be the opportunity to learn more about the Small House Communities at Sarah Neuman.
