The New Jewish Home operates Adult Day Health Care programs in the Bronx and Manhattan.

Our new state-of-the-art Adult Day Health Care Program in the Bronx offers medical, social, and therapeutic services. We provide support to people with chronic health conditions.
In Manhattan, we operate an Adult Day Program with a social and a medical model on Manhattan’s Upper West Side.
SHORT-STAY REHABILITATION PROGRAMS
We can help you seamlessly manage the transition from the hospital to your home after an illness, injury or surgery.
Our skilled, experienced clinical team will work with you and your family to create an individualized plan of care, so you can recover and return home. We provide therapy at least five days per week.
