As a Mount Sinai Health System partner, our Center for Advanced Rehabilitation features modern therapy gyms and highly skilled therapists to help older adults recovering from surgery or other orthopedic conditions get well and go home.

Our Cardiac Rehabilitation Center, in affiliation with NYU Langone, offers supervised exercise, heart health education, and dietary counseling to help patients regain their energy and reduce the risk of future cardiac events.
The New Jewish Home’s Center for Speech and Swallowing Disorders offers advanced care for those affected by neurological conditions and swallowing disorders. Our licensed speech-language pathologists utilize innovative tools and cognitive-linguistic training to restore communication and safe swallowing, improving both safety and quality of life.

Our team of skilled physicians, nurses, therapists, dieticians, and other specialists, provide the clinical care and rehabilitation needed for patients recovering from illness, surgery, or injury to successfully recover and return safely home.
Affiliated with the Mount Sinai Health System, our specialty orthopedic rehabilitation program helps seniors recovering from surgery or other orthopedic conditions get well and go home.
In partnership with the NYU Langone Medical Center, our cardiac rehabilitation program helps seniors recover and go home after cardiac surgery or cardiopulmonary illness.
Many of our short-stay rehabilitation patients need specialized therapy for swallowing disorders. Our state of the art Center for Speech, Language, and Swallowing Disorders is a key component of our recovery program.
For seniors who need long-term skilled nursing care, the Upper West Side Nursing Home provides a safe, secure, and social home.
