We are pleased to welcome three remarkable new leaders to our Board.

Gingi Pica
Gingi brings more than 17 years of experience in community investment, program evaluation and strategic planning. She is the Director of Community Investment at L+M Development Partners, where she directs grantmaking and community development efforts for under-resourced communities in New York City and Newark, New Jersey.

Aran Ron, M.D.
With more than 25 years of health care experience in senior leadership roles, Dr. Aran Ron is a physician executive whose expertise covers hospitals and health plans, venture capital, benefits management and strategic consulting. He has been part of the founding team at Oscar Health Plan and Kaden Health, a technology enabled behavioral health platform, where he currently serves as Head of Clinical Innovation.

Alan Altschuler
Alan brings to the Board more than 25 years of leadership experience at financial institutions and philanthropic organizations. Prior to his current role as a professional actor and writer, Alan was Chief Financial Officer of the Doris Duke Charitable Foundation. Since 2005, Alan has played numerous roles in theater, television and film. He has served for more than 10 years on the Board of The Fund for Aged.
