For New York seniors recovering from hospitalization for illness or injury, we provide the highest quality rehabilitation care to help them get well and back home. We pledge to honor each individual’s wishes, goals, and unique personality.
Our Manhattan campus is the only health and rehabilitation center in New York City staffed by full-time physicians and nurse practitioners, in partnership with Mount Sinai Health System.
Our team of skilled physicians, nurses, therapists, dieticians, and other specialists, provide the clinical care and rehabilitation needed for patients recovering from illness, surgery, or injury to successfully recover and return safely home.
Affiliated with the Mount Sinai Health System, our specialty orthopedic rehabilitation program helps seniors recovering from surgery or other orthopedic conditions get well and go home.
In partnership with the NYU Langone Medical Center, our cardiac rehabilitation program helps seniors recover and go home after cardiac surgery or cardiopulmonary illness.
Many of our short-stay rehabilitation patients need specialized therapy for swallowing disorders. Our state of the art Center for Speech, Language, and Swallowing Disorders is a key component of our recovery program.
For seniors who need long-term skilled nursing care, the Manhattan Senior Care Center provides a safe, secure, and social home. Our caring, experienced team of Physicians, Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Social Workers, Recreational staff, and other dedicated professionals, support older adults’ health and help them live their lives with richness and dignity.
